芒果西米捞
1、芒果切开,一半用搅拌机打成芒果浆,一半切粒备用;
2、锅里放水,水开后放西米煮,中间搅拌以免粘锅底,煮至西米中间有个小白点时关火焖至完全透明状,捞出过凉开水;
3、芒果放搅拌机搅拌成泥,可以适量加酸奶搅拌均匀,加入煮好的西米即可,吃时上面撒些芒果粒。
